What we keep, and why.

Linkrope is a digital studio. This notice covers this website and the documents we send you. Questions, or any of the requests below, go to info@imlinkrope.com.

The enquiry form asks for your name and email, and if you choose, your company, phone number, what you need, a budget and a message. We keep what you send.

Alongside it, the form sends a short record of your visit:

• how you arrived: the site or link that sent you, and any campaign tags on that link
• the first page you saw, how many pages you looked at, and how long you were here
• your type of device and browser
• your approximate location, the city and country of your connection, and your IP address

We use it to reply to you, to understand which channels bring us enquiries, and to keep out spam. The visit record lives in your browser only while the tab is open, with no cookie, and reaches us only if you send the form. If you never send it, we never see it.

If you write from a company email address, we may look at your company’s public website to understand what you do before we reply.

When you open a proposal or agreement from a link we sent, we record that it was opened, when, and from which IP address. When you accept a proposal or sign an agreement, we record the name and email you type, the time and your IP address. That is the record of what was agreed, and we keep it as long as the work and its accounts need it.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember whether you chose the light or dark look, and holds the visit record described above until you close the tab. Our own team’s sign-in uses a cookie, which only matters to us.

Our team. And the companies that run the services we use to do this: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its data, and the provider that sends our email. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

As long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Ask us to delete it sooner and, where we are allowed to, we will.
